Privacy Policy

Setup AI (“Setup AI,” “we,” “us”) is an AI implementation firm. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit setup-ai.com, fill in our intake form, or book a call with us, how we use it, who handles it on our behalf, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@setup-ai.com.
Information you give us
When you book a discovery call or a diagnosis, or contact us, you may give us:
- Your name and email address, and a phone number if you choose to add one.
- Information about your business: its name, what it does, its industry and size, the tools you use, what you want help with, what is slowing the work down, how soon you want it fixed, and when you would like us to follow up.
- The time you pick for the call.
- Anything you write to us by email or tell us during a call.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request logs (IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time of the request) so the site can be delivered and protected against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on setup-ai.com.
How we use information
- To schedule and hold the call you booked: we create an event on our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and send you the invitation and a confirmation email with a link to cancel.
- To prepare for the conversation and to respond to you.
- To follow up about the work you asked us about, and to deliver any engagement you choose to start with us.
- To keep the site and our booking system working and secure.
We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use the answers you give us to train AI models.
Who handles it
We share information only with the people and service providers who need it to do the things above:
- Our team: Liban Kano and Amanti Melkamu, who are invited to every call.
- Google (Google Workspace: Calendar, Meet and Gmail), which stores the booking and sends the calendar invitation.
- Resend, which sends the booking confirmation email.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and the booking system.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team, or the public.
Google user data
Setup AI connects its own Google Workspace accounts to the tools we use to run the firm, such as our booking system and our command-line tools, to read and write our own calendars, email and files. Those connections act only on Setup AI’s own accounts; we do not ask visitors or clients to sign in with Google, and we do not access their Google accounts. Data from Google APIs is used only to run Setup AI’s own operations described in this policy, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models. Setup AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Booking details stay on our calendar and in our email for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep ordinary business records. Request logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention limits. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Cancel a booked call with the link in your confirmation email.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@setup-ai.com. We will answer promptly.
- Tell us to stop following up with you, and we will.
Security
The site and booking system are served over HTTPS, and access to booking details is limited to our team. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Children
setup-ai.com is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
