Effective October 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of setup-ai.com and of the booking system on it. By using the site or booking a call you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Paid work with Setup AI is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work.
What the site is for
setup-ai.com describes Setup AI’s services and lets you book a discovery call or a diagnosis with our team. Booking a call is free and does not commit you or us to any engagement.
Booking and cancelling
- Give accurate contact details so we can send the invitation.
- Cancel with the link in your confirmation email if you can no longer make it.
- We may decline or reschedule a booking, and we will let you know if we do.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam or fake bookings, to interfere with how the site or booking system works, to scrape it in bulk, or to break the law.
Our content
The text, design and images on setup-ai.com belong to Setup AI or are used with permission. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy the site’s content for your own commercial use without asking.
No guarantees
The site and anything we say during a free call are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation. The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or always online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Setup AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a free call, and our total liability for anything arising from them is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Other services
Calls take place on Google Meet and invitations come from Google Calendar; those services have their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
Privacy
How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
