SETUP AI Book a diagnosis

Insurance agencies · Benefits brokers · Twin Cities

Renewals on time. Leads that don't go cold.

Independent agencies and benefits brokers run on lists: prospects, renewals, review requests. Setup AI helps Twin Cities agencies keep those lists clean and the follow-up moving, without adding another tool for the team to learn.

Book a diagnosis Clean lists. Timely renewals.

The short answer

A useful first project is list quality and follow-up: find verified business contacts for a prospect list, queue renewal outreach with enough lead time, and ask satisfied clients for a review at the right moment. Coverage recommendations stay with licensed staff.

For agency owners and producers who spend hours finding emails, building mailing lists and remembering who is up for renewal.

  1. Clean the list

Take a prospect export and find verified business contacts, with a person checking the results before anything is sent.

  2. Time the outreach

Connect renewal dates to your email or CRM tool so outreach is queued early, and assign every reply to a producer.

  3. Ask at the right moment

After a good outcome, send a short review request from the agent's own name and stop when the client responds.

Case study

MN Benefits, prospect lists

Problem
MN Benefits, a Minnesota benefits agency, prospects local businesses one ZIP code at a time. A list of businesses is easy to get; an email for each one is not. Searching websites and business pages by hand turned up an email for about 35–40% of businesses, and a 250-business list cost the better part of two workdays.
What we did
We built a list-enrichment workflow: an automated search of each business's public website and listings, a verified-data fallback, and a person checking every match before it ships. The agency gets back a MailChimp-ready file, with a source for every email.
Result
The first 250-business list came back with emails for 58% of businesses (145 of 250), against about 35–40% by hand, saving an estimated 8–16 hours of searching per list. MN Benefits now sends us new lists as they need them.

Bring to the call

  • A sample prospect or renewal export, with private details removed
  • The CRM and email tools the agency uses
  • Your rules for consent and who can contact whom

How we'd measure it

Compare the share of rows with a verified contact, hours spent building lists, and renewals contacted at least 60 days out.

Limits

We don't give coverage advice or make licensing decisions. Outreach must follow consent and anti-spam rules, and client data stays in systems the agency approves.

Questions

Have you done this for an agency?

Yes. We enrich prospect lists for MN Benefits, a Minnesota benefits agency: their list in, a checked, MailChimp-ready list out. Results depend on the list, so we test on a sample first.

Is this a lead list you sell us?

No. We work with your own exports and tools, and the cleaned data stays yours.

Will it work with our CRM and email tool?

We check first. Most agencies already pay for tools that can do this with the right setup.

What does a first project cost?

Scope and pricing follow the diagnosis. List work is usually a small, bounded first project.
